Executive Chef - 6* Ocean Cruise

I am currently working with a high end luxury Cruise Line and have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef to lead the Galley Team on board.

As Executive Chef you will enjoy a varied role. Your responsibilities will cover the entire on board galley operation. You will supervise and motivate crew, conduct menu briefings, order all food supplies, ensure food safety and cleanliness are of the highest standards and socialise with guests at meal times.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Strong in rank Cruise experience

-STCW training

-Developed management skills

-Fluent English language skills

This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a leading cruise company, experience global travel, and enjoy an attractive package of €5000+ paid x 12 months working an equal time for time rotation.
