Sous Chef - Expedition Cruise

Faststream are in partnership with an Expedition Cruise Line and we are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team on board from the beginning of February 2020.

The Sous Chef's responsibilities are to assist in covering the entire on board operation which can be up to 170 Passengers. Also to be running and operating a multi-cultural team ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction at all times.

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

• In rank experience within the Cruise industry
• International Cooking experience
• Fluent spoken and written English skills
• Exemplary employment appraisals
• The availability to join at the beginning of February
• STCW certification

On offer is a 3/3 rotation and salary of €4500 + GROSS per month on board.
