Hotel Manager – Luxury River Cruise Company

Fabulous Hotel Manager required

• Large fleet of ships
• Based in Europe and Worldwide
• Must be eligible to work in Europe without a Visa

Moving within European waters from city to city enabling the Guest to get on and off to sight-see. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the entire hotel operation on board
• Ensuring that all hotel departments are managed according to their standards
• Management and motivation of the crew, with emphasis on Department Heads
• Operation of service procedures according to company standards
• Providing exceptional Guest service at all times.
• You are in charge of the entire hotel operation on board and guarantee fullest guest satisfaction and a pleasant working environment for all crew.

Experience required:

• Previous Cruise Ship or River Ship experience required as a Hotel Manager.
• Several years of professional management experience in this role, preferably within cruise industry.
• Graduated education within the hotel industry.
• Strong F&B knowledge, managing a large team of Crew.
• Excellent management, organisational and communication skills
• Guest focused, stress resistant, calm under pressure, team player and with positive appearance
• Open minded and flexible, excellent communication skills.
• Excellent English skills (written & verbal), other languages are an advantage
• Must be prepared to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment
• Must be eligible to work in Europe without a Visa
