German speaking 1st receptionist (f/m) on 4/5* River cruise ships for the season 2021

Professional experience

Advanced level of English and German both, written and verbal
Completed vocational training in hotel or service industry
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
Ship’s experience is an advantage
Advanced computer skills, ICDL level
Experience with Resco, Fidelio is an advantage

Tasks / Responsibilities

Service-oriented assistance for our international guests
Responsible for the entire Front Office
Responsible for a smooth embarkation and disembarkation of the guests
Money handling, daily and monthly accounting
Application of the hotel program Resco and MS Office
Compliance with safety standards and legal regulations
Active support of the other departments on board

Basic guaranteed salary

Contract duration: from March/April till November/December
Working hours: 42 per week (overtime will be compensated)
6 weeks On / 2 weeks Off
