Guest Relations Manager (Cruise) - Permanent

ARM are delighted to be assisting our client, a family run reputable Cruise Line in their search for a Guest Relations Manager.

This is a permanent opportunity working a 3 month on / 1 month off rotation and salary paid every month. You will be reporting directly into the Hotel Manager and supporting the Guest Services team.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below criteria:

• Strong experience in a senior complaint resolution position.
• Cruise ship experience would be preferred however experience within the hospitality sector will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Customer service experience, always ensuring a high standard is maintained.
• Experience supporting a team around you.
• Computer literate.

This is an excellent opportunity to travel and gain experience working on a Cruise Ship undertaking global operations.
