Fitter Deck

You’ll maintain, repair, and overhaul systems (AC, engine, electrical and electronic, elevators and escalators) and equipment (refrigeration, safety and security, galley and pantry, laundry) in the vessel. In addition to steel work like TIG and MIG welding, you will also work on lathe operations, sheet metal work, and pipe fitting and installation. This role requires a degree in computer science, with welding certification and an electrician’s license. Extensive knowledge of propulsion, hydraulic, water, and sewage systems and experience in a similar role are welcome qualifications.
