Receptionist (m/f/d)- Ocean Cruise Line

We are looking for an committed receptionist (m/f/g) for a Cruise Line with varied routes throughout Europe and worldwide.

Your responsibilities including (but not limited to):

• Execution of the daily routine at the reception
• Answering questions and advising passengers
• Compliance with quality standards, guidelines and regulations
• Check In / Check Out

Your Qualifications:

• Qualified training in the hotel industry, gastronomy or tourism
• At least two years professional experience in relevant fields, if possible on board a cruise ship
• business fluent German
• very good English
• High level of service to passengers and employees
• Experience in complaint management
