Executive Chef - Mediterranean Cruise

I am currently working with a speciality Cruise Line and have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef to lead the Galley Team onboard their Mediterranean Cruise.

As Executive Chef, you will enjoy a varied role. Your responsibilities will cover the entire onboard galley operation. You will supervise and motivate crew, conduct menu briefings, order all food supplies, ensure food safety and cleanliness are of the highest standards, cook with the Galley Staff, and socialise with guests at mealtimes.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Strong in rank Cruise experience

-STCW training

-Developed management skills

-Fluent English language skills

This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a well-established cruise company, experience Cruise travel, and enjoy an attractive package of €2500 paid x 12 months working a 3/1 or 4/2 rotation.
