Position: Housekeeper Team Leader
Start Date: Aug 2020 - Start date subject to COVID19 country borders opening
Package: Up to €3,500 per month, 1 month vacation, accommodation provided, all meals, flight allowance and full medical insurance, 12 Month renewable contract

Can work unsupervised and step in to lead a team during a shift, in the absence of the Snr Housekeeper. Knows and upholds company culture and all cleaning procedures as per our policies.

Ensure all areas are complete

• Making sure all flowers are looking fresh (replace some if needed)
• Team Leader will be in charge of all guest laundry needs. Taking it to laundry and bringing it back. Make sure it is logged in a log book with damage, difference in color and pointing it out to the family private butlers and main laundry if acknowledge by butlers. Butlers to sign of acknowlegement the damage and color difference
• Ensuring that all housekeepers equipment are clean
• Ensuring that housekeepers are using the color coded rags
• Inspections of all areas
• Training of all new staff
• Taking stock of lockers and re-stock of lockers

Helping with below tasks

• Knows how to use all cleaning tools
• Knows how to setup and shutdown an area
• Cleaning Techniques – Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, brushing
• Prepares a room, maintains a room, protects a room, shutdown a room
• Care of different surfaces – gold leaf, metal, marble, glass, wood
• Guest Services – unpacking/packing, cleaning shoes, replacing amenities,
• Identifyning and reporting Maintenance Issues
• Making of a Bed
• Detailed cleaning of the Bathrooms
• Detailed cleaning of Bedrooms
• Locker Cleaning
• Extra deep cleaning – off season
• Sanitation of Gym equipment daily
• Sanitation of Shower Head (every 3 months) and Jacuzzi (once a week)
• You might be expected to go to other properties and will adhere to such a request

You will be part of a large team of Asian hospitality professionals. You must be well presented, highly experienced and flexible.
