2nd Pastry for Astro Ocean Cruises

As 2nd Pastry, you will work with the Pastry Chef to produce necessary Pastry items for all outlets onboard. You will be responsible for USPH, training of the team and ensuring that all food items meet the necessary standards set.

Previous experience in a similar role onboard is essential, USPH knowledge and previously having worked with a Chinese Demographic would be preferred.
