Tasks / Responsibilities

• Service-oriented assistance for our international guests
• Responsible for the entire Front Office
• Responsible for a smooth embarkation and disembarkation of the guests
• Money handling, daily and monthly accounting
• Application of the hotel program Resco and MS Office
• Compliance with safety standards and legal regulations

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or specialized training in hospitality
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Advanced level of English and / or German both, written and verbal
• Advanced computer skills, ICDL level
• Friendly and service-oriented personality
• Excellent teamwork and stress resistance
• EU passport
