We are currently searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager required for Silversea Cruises!

As a Restaurant you must ensure the ultimate Silversea cruise experience for guests within Food & Beverage. You must have a Strong leadership skills and practice "leadership by example" Ability to work with international crew. Professional appearance and excellent social skills.

You are responsible for the efficient, courteous and technically excellent food and beverage service across all areas of the vessel; Positive food and beverage area ambiance; Training, coaching, and retaining qualified staff; Leading staff to superior levels of performance; Safe professional and personal practices and effective business processes.

Education/Experience: 5 years of experience of managing large outlets, or many small outlets with an international team, to a high fine dining level. Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.

Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and outlook are necessary. Experience with Fidelio, Micros and MXP are highly advantageous.

Language Requirement: Fluent English, plus a minimum of one of the following: French, German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese
