We are currently searching for an experienced Butcher who can run their own section to provide high quality cuts for fine dining outlets, Italian speciality menus, 6 course country based menu which changes daily, crew restaurants, outdoor bbq grill and burger bar.

Your role is to ensure that every piece of meat, sausage, burger, steak, and so much more is up to our very high standards, meets both presentation and taste expectations and your section meets all health, safety and food hygiene standards.

Taking responsibility for your own area means being involved in food hygiene inspections, stock control, ordering, rostering and training.

The role is diverse and as a Butcher you would need to be to!

To be considered for this position, you would require:

  • A minimum of 3 years working as a Butcher catering for multiple nationalities
  • Have experience of working in a multi-national team
  • Work with regularly changing menus (on ships they change daily)
  • Training and developing of team
  • Fluent English
  • Culinary qualifications

Contracts are 6 months on and 2 months off, all flights, meals, uniforms and shared accommodation provided.
