As part of TTC, a 100-year-old, family-owned collection of hospitality brands, we're able to weather the most difficult of times without sacrificing our high standards. Our goal is to provide guests with an unparalleled travel experience on intimate, boutique river cruise ships sailing on the European waterways.

As part of our culinary team you will:

• Ensure that the galley crew and restaurant team has all the equipment clean and ready for use when it is needed
• Manage the utility area, following Uniworld and HACCP cleanliness and hygiene procedures
• Assist with mise en place duties, like vegetable cutting
• Take part in loading supplies for the ship and in luggage distribution if scheduled
• Act as a team player and support your colleagues on board, where help is required
• Visit the most spectacular destinations in Europe

• Bring experience in a similar role
