The person selected for this role will help create lasting, positive memories for our guests while focusing on the development and success of their team.

What we’re looking for:
- Inspiring leader who will encourage the team to reach goals
- Entrepreneurial approach willing to look for different ways to mitigate challenges and seek opportunities
- Analytical approach to business, able to use data to drive decisions
- Outgoing and engaging approach with the goal of creating a continually positive guest experience
- Coach and mentor team members
- Focused on continual improvement in department productivity, quality, and customer service
- Participatory, hands-on style of leadership, willing to engage in team tasks to ensure the successful operation of the Photo Department
- 3-5 years in a cruise ship management position.
- Experience and knowledge in aspects of photo hotel/cruise ship operations is preferred
