Accountant for Ambassador Cruise Line

We are pleased to announce we are looking to hire an Accountant for the Hotel Admin department, working for Ambassador Cruise Line on board MV Ambition.

Your responsibility will include, but will not be limited to:

• Daily reconciliation of sales in all revenue outlets
• Conduct spot checks on all inventory items including food and beverages, equipment and
  consumables
• Ensure all colleague commissions and tips are calculated for month end accounting
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by Financial Controller or HotelDirector

Job requirements:

• Previous shipboard experience or relevant experience in similar position
• Fluent in English –must have excellent oral communication skills
• Flexibility –must be able to work various times of the day, remain calm underpressure and have a can-do attitude
• Guest and service focused with a positive personality and professional appearance
  
• Ability to be on feet for long periods of time
• Microsoft Excel knowleadge
