Our Traveling Casino Host (TCAH) serves as a leader and educatorfor Casino Marketing operations and Casino Host teams across our fleet, and acts as a constant liaison between Casino Shoreside and Shipboard Operations.
As an educator, our TCAH proposes and supports Shoreside Casino Marketing initiatives and ensures that Casino Hosts receive detailed training following superior operational and industry standards.
As a leader, our TCAH manages on-board activities including VIP and high-value events, and ensures a high degree of performance. This position builds and maintains onboard relationships with department heads who travel from ship to ship to monitor service consistency and guest satisfaction.
