Chef De Cuisine
You’ll assist the Executive Chef with Specialty Restaurant operations, kitchen equipment control and maintenance, and food cost reports. Other responsibilities include ensuring workstations and cooks adhere to all procedures, and training new culinary staff to meet performance standards. If you have extensive experience managing a multicultural team in an upscale hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility, you’re the Chef de Cuisine for us!
