Keep the drinks flowing inside our bars, lounges, and restaurants. As a Beverage Manager, you are responsible for the overall beverage operations of your assigned vessel. You will monitor the daily activities in the different venues and train your team to deliver superior guest service. You will also manage the requisitions from the different workstations and ensure that the inventory is properly stored. We want you to be our next Beverage Manager if you are highly knowledgeable of different beverage brands and the quality of beer, liquor, and wine, and have extensive experience managing the beverage operations of large upscale cruise ships, hotels, or resorts.
