Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Executive Pastry Chef, in partnering with the onboard Culinary Operations team is responsible to achieve planned financial, compliance and guest satisfaction results that are in line with the company's culture essentials. 
This position will also be key in ensuring new initiatives, pastry/bakery products and recipes are implemented uniformly across the fleet through the team of corporate chefs and that standards are maintained.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• B.A. in Culinary Arts, Professional Pastry/Bakery Chef’s or vocational school diploma or equivalent
• 15+ Years experience in Pastry/Bakery management positions
• 3+ Years in a Pastry/Bakery Chef position within the cruise industry is preferred
• Strong background in Pastry/Bakery Operations Management, including planning, production, materials management, distribution & logistics, and quality assurance of all food-related commodities
• Effective communicator
• Strong financial understanding
• Ability to manage multicultural teams
• Must be fluent in the English language
