Job Objective and Key Accountability

• Acting as interface for our customers and local recruiters.
• Identify customer requirements and find the right candidate
• Monitor and supervise the selection process of candidates.
• Independently present qualified candidates to our internal and external clients.
• Help to develop, maintain, and manage our database and pool of candidates.
• Establish suitable recruitment strategies together with our global network.
• Control global HR marketing measures.
• Have profound knowledge of structures, reporting lines, and job profiles on board a cruise vessel.
• Have gained experience by working aboard cruise ships or in an upscale hotel in a F&B position
• Available for regular business travel within Germany and world-wide
• Excellent communication skills enable you to communicate easy.
• Enjoy working in a diverse and multi-cultural team.
• Have advanced English language skills, will help you to build a strong connection to your colleagues, candidates, and clients in Germany and abroad.

Requirements

• bring profound knowledge of structures, reporting lines, and job profiles onboard a cruise vessel
