We are looking for a Destination & Enrichment Manager to join Swan Hellenic!

The Destination & Enrichment Manager role manages the shore excursions and expedition landings offered to our guests on our designated soft expedition/Classic cruises. Schedules and builds entertainment activities onboard (lecturers, evening entertainment, social events, deck parties and games, etc. Presents future cruise destinations on board and sells cruises to Guests during voyage.

Previous experience from high end ocean and/or river operation in similar role is required.

Salary is paid in USD + commission on sale of cruises. Rotation is dependent on vessels and itineraries but normally 4 on followed by 2 off.
