JOB SUMMARY
- This position shall carry out the work orders given by the Accommodations Maintenance Manager with regards to the performing of maintenance and repair work for all upholstery and related items.
- He/she must be a skilled worker and be able to carry out all kinds of maintenance and repair work.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years REQUIRED shipboard experience as Upholsterer
- if there's no shipboard experience, applicants must have extensive experience in landbased, 5 yrs or more experience
CERTIFICATION:
- Preferably with Upholstery Training Certification
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
- knowledgeable in upholstery making, furniture upholstery, sewing, textiles, carpeting, and wallpapering and other related elements
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
