Your chartered goal

• Presentation of diverse themes in the various outlets to perfection – whether in the Rossini gourmet restaurant or our first-class buffet restaurants with flair and a special touch
• Compliance with the highest quality standards
• Coordination of procedures as well as leading and encourage your international team

Your previous ports of call

• Completed training as a chef and have demonstrable professional experience in haute cuisine for the hotel or restaurant segment
• Ideally already gained some experience overseas or on board a ship
• Very good German and English skills
• Service orientation, the ability to work as part of a team, a strong sense of creativity and a passion for excellent food
