As a key manager in the hotel department, you will oversee the front office operation, including a small team, ensuring that all guest queries are reacted to in an efficient and professional manner.

This is a high profile position, where guests will expect you to be visable and available.  As one of the world's leading small luxury cruise lines, luxury and service are extremely important.

To be considered for this role you will require, as a minimum:

  • 2 years in a similar managerial position in either a small luxury hotel or a small luxury cruise ship.
  • Fluent English, plus at least fluency in either: French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management (or similar) from an internationally recognised university.
