Your chartered goal

• Maintaining the safe operation, maintenance and repair of the provision’s Refrigeration and Ventilation plants including refrigerated provision rooms and monitoring of the room air in all compartments of the vessel
• Planned maintenance and repair works on air conditioning plants, air ducts, supply and exhaust ventilating fans
• Alarm tests and calibration of the chilled room and freezer room thermometers
• Maintenance and repair of all ice machines on board, including the necessary cleaning work and disinfection
• Ensure safe operation and planned maintenance of the fire dampers

Your previous ports of call

• Diploma of HVAC Maintenance, Mechanical Education or similar with main subjects focusing on refrigeration / ventilation mechanic
• Professional experience with HVAC industrial and central cooling systems, on cruise ships will be plus
• Solid experiences in operational faultfinding and analyzing as well as repairs and regular maintenance
• Good English skills as well as the ability to work in a team
• Technical understanding and service orientation
