The client offers an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Maitre D to bring their expertise to progress and work for a highly successful cruise line focusing on fine dining and the high level of service that goes alongside this.

The role offers:

• 7 month on 2 months off rotation

The desired candidate will have the following:

• Shipboard experience required
• Proven experience managing a front of house restaurant operation.
• Availability to join immediately.
