Rotational second chef -Private 100m+ Passenger Vessel (HD -4620 )

• Start: December 2025
• Location: Europe / Middle East
• Package: Salary in Euros, 114 days leave - 4:2 rotation leave paid

Experience and attributes required:

· Minimum 5 + years of experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, or resorts. 
· Demonstrated ability to prepare a variety of cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Arabic, sushi, modern British). 
· Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation. 
· Ability to plan, prepare, and execute multi-course meals for guests and crew. 
· Confident with a la carte service.
· Meticulous about cleanliness and maintaining high hygiene standards. 
· Ability to work effectively with other crew members. 

Qualifications required:


• Level 2/3 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Crowd Management
• Crisis Management & Human Behaviour
• Designated Security Duties (DSD)
STCW updated
• Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Seaman Discharge Book
