Receptionist / Night Auditor - French Speaking

Provides efficient and courteous service to each passenger while staffing the reception desk.
Processes all required paperwork for guests promptly at embarkation/registration including obtaining cruise ticket, passports and all other required documentation (If applicable)
Receives lost and found items and maintains detailed inventory of all items
Assists with passenger billing and credit card registration if required
Maintains reception area to ensure that it is presentable, clean, and orderly always.
Maintains security of reception area by limiting access only to authorized personnel.
Assists the Pursers with check-in and check-out duties concerning passengers, including but not limited to, payment of accounts, registration credit cards, cash deposit.
Provides personalized service by addressing guests with names.
Answers questions about shore excursions, ports of call and cruise.
Resolves guest concerns immediately and/or refers to department head.
Maintains detailed log of all requests, concerns, and repairs.
