We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Galley Manager to join our onboard team and help deliver exceptional standards across our Galley and Back of House operations. This is a great opportunity to lead a large team and play a key role in supporting food operations at sea.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and supporting a large Back of House team
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance
• Overseeing daily pot wash and plate wash operations
• Carrying out inspections, audits, and maintaining records
• Supporting stock control, equipment upkeep, and day-to-day operations
• Stepping in for the Galley Manager when needed

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a Back of House role within a hotel, resort, or cruise environment
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards (including USPH)
• Experience leading or supervising teams in a busy environment
• Organised, detail-focused, and confident with audits and processes
• A great communicator who can motivate and support a diverse team
• Calm under pressure, proactive, and hands-on
