• Role: Onboard Marketing & Revenue Manager
• Salary: Circa $3,400US++ paid per month for 12 months a year TAX FREE & a stonking bonus of up to 20% of annual salary
• Berthing: Single Cabin
• Stripes: 3 Striped position
• Contract: 4/2 (4 months onboard working 7 days a week, and then 2 months vacation which is paid) – rolling contracts
• Bonus: The bonus is up to 20% of the salary based on many different metrics including hitting net revenue targets in specific areas, revenue department scores, Overall Cruise Experience, and Secured Guest Index scores, and brand audit to name a few. The average bonus is around $25,000 each year
• Company: A really fabulous 4* cruise liner
• Start Date: Asap

The Brilliant Role

Working with all of the onboard concessions and revenue generating outlets, you will be motivating, creating, driving and supporting additional revenue spend from the guests onboard. 

Your ideas and leadership will promote additional revenue and sales to the bottom line with a concept called PPD (hopefully you know what this means). You will be recognised determined by your success in driving and enhancing the PPD element.

You The Super Professional

You will have most likeley worked in a European large hotel in a sales role where you have had been involved in promotions dealing with promoting the guest to spend more money within the hotel structure. This is not a role selling 'rooms' or 'C&B' and this genre of background is not key to your successful application in this position. You will have lead a team of circa 10 previously where most of these were at manager level. You will be able to work 7 days a week for a period of circa 4-5 months onboard with no days off.
