Provision Master - 5* Cruise Line - URGENT

I am looking to recruit an experienced Provision Master / Hotel Controller for my 5* Cruise Client.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing cruise line with an excellent salary and rotation.

The Role

• The Provision Master has overall responsibility for all an Hotel department storekeeping;
• Analyses hotel food and beverage items, cost reports and daily consumption reports;
• Investigates any unusual shortages in either bar, food or general hotel items
• Ensures that all beverage revenues and expenses are properly recorded against the appropriate budgets
• Ensure that all stock par levels are maintained at all times as well as Public Health Standards adhered to in daily decision making

To be eligible for this role, you must have previous Cruise line experience in a similar role;

• Thorough knowledge of storeroom operation and storing procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of shipboard cost control procedures and practices.
• Ability to plan, organize and complete work in accordance with time deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure and handle stress.
• To be knowledgeable of the USPH and other international Public Health rules and regulations
