Cunard - Entertainment Director

We are looking for an experienced Entertainment Director to join our proud and charismatic team, travelling the world and exploring new places, whilst following the career you love.

In this fantastic role at Cunard, you will have the opportunity to oversee and review the effective planning of the extensive entertainment programmes on board for past and future cruises. Not only that, you will share your passion with your colleagues and develop and lead a group of up to 100 people, including the Production and Youth teams and supporting the wider performer and musical cast. You will support the Youth Manager to develop the family entertainment programme and ensure overall compliance with safeguarding policies.

To join Cunard Line in this fantastic role you must have the following:

• Experience of working within/managing the Entertainment on board a cruise ship
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Strong experience of managing a variety of entertainment programmes i.e. concerts, and working within a live theatre environment.
• Ability to lead and manage a large international team
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
• Proven experience of working collaboratively to achieve demanding targets
