Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of world-class entertainment across our theaters and venues, working closely with cast members, live musicians, guest entertainers, and the wider Production team.
• Prepare, set, and strike stages for rehearsals and performances, including moving scenic elements, props, and equipment safely and efficiently in line with show cues and schedules.
• Operate and assist with technical elements such as audio, lighting, rigging, performer flying, and staging under the direction of senior technical staff.
• Ensure all backstage, onstage, and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety, Public Health, and Company standards.
• Carry out routine inspections and basic maintenance of stage equipment, reporting defects promptly and supporting follow-up with Technical teams as required.
• Participate in show changeovers, load-ins, and load-outs, ensuring all equipment and scenery are handled correctly and secured for sea.
• Collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team to deliver smooth, on-time performances and live events, communicating clearly and professionally at all times.
• Support additional entertainment activities and events across the ship as scheduled, adapting quickly to changing plans and operational needs.
• Actively participate in all required safety drills and emergency procedures, following Company guidelines and maintaining a strong safety culture on and off stage.
• Role-model Princess service standards by contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment and helping create memorable experiences for guests and teammates.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Graduate of a recognized theatre, technical production, or live events program, or equivalent hands-on experience in technical theatre or stagecraft.
• Working knowledge of stage technology, including audio, lighting, rigging, performer flying, and staging principles.
• Familiarity with mechanical theatre equipment, stage terminology, and relevant safety standards.
• Experience working on live performances, concerts, theatre productions, or similar entertainment environments.
• Strong awareness of safety, Public Health, and compliance requirements in a technical or entertainment setting.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow cues and technical instructions accurately.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a diverse, multicultural team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing show schedules.
• High level of attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and equipment care.
• Guest-focused mindset with the motivation to deliver outstanding experiences and support Princess service standards at all times.
• Willingness to live and work at sea for extended periods, participate in safety drills, and comply with all Company policies and procedures.
