We’re looking for experienced and driven Fine Jewellery Specialists to join our successful retail teams at sea, on cruise ships around the world.
Do you have proven experience selling luxury brands and precious gemstones? Have you had experience working at sea and want to return, or are you looking to take your retail career in a new direction?
If you thrive on creating memorable and immersive customer experiences, allowing guests to indulge themselves in a creative and enjoyable retail environment, then this is the role for you! You’ll be target driven and rewarded with the opportunity to earn up to 3% commission on fine jewellery items sold.
This is a truly unique and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be adaptable and ready for new challenges, seeing the world while you deliver memorable retail experiences for our guests.

What you’ll do:
- Live and work on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)
- Create exceptional and memorable retail experiences for guests on board
- Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of Fine Jewellery through onboard seminars, presentations, and in-store events
- Develop detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
- Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as seminars and presentations
- Maintain good stock control and impeccable visual merchandising standards in store
What you’ll bring:
- Strong retail background combined with knowledge of Fine Jewellery, including experience of working with and selling luxury brands and different gemstones
- Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, utilising upselling techniques
- Confident public speaker with experience of showcasing luxury brands and Fine Jewellery
- A solid work ethic, able to adapt to change and thrive in high energy environments
- A team player attitude, able to take initiative and be flexible in your role requirements
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages would be advantageous
- A good level of physical fitness is required
What you’ll get:
- Competitive salary and target-based commission structure (up to 3% on Fine Jewellery)

- Contract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break at home between contracts
