Onboard HR Manager – Carnival UK (P&O Cruises & Cunard)
Join Carnival UK as an Onboard HR Manager and play a key role in supporting our shipboard teams across P&O Cruises and Cunard. As part of the Senior Management Team, you’ll lead HR operations at sea, drive cultural and safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with international standards.
You’ll oversee crew administration, support performance and development, and partner with shore-based teams to deliver a professional, people-focused HR service. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on life onboard while travelling the world.
Key responsibilities:
Lead HR strategy and crew welfare onboard
Oversee crew office and administration
Support training, performance, and succession planning
Ensure compliance with MLC and other regulations

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
