Job Summary:
\nReporting to our Senior Director of Database Marketing, this role plays a critical part in creating and activating customer and trade audiences across online and offline channels—including digital advertising, direct mail, and email marketing campaigns. The person in this position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute audience segmentation strategies that ensure effective targeting and engagement.
\nSuccess in this role requires a strong background in audience creation and segmentation, with proven expertise in direct mail, digital, and email marketing. A deep understanding of audience targeting and engagement strategies is essential, along with hands-on experience using various marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and a collaborative mindset are key to thriving in this position.
\nThis is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.
\nJob Responsibilities:

- Utilize data and perform analysis to identify and target specific customer segments to msximize ROI \n
- Design and execute test grids, capturing data necessary for measurement to enable continuous learning \n
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM audience lists for digital, direct mail, and email campaigns, incorporating relevant segmentation criteria such as demographics, behaviors, and purchase history \n
- Leverage marketing automation to execute and track the performance of campaigns, and provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders \n
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI \n
- Maintain data and processes needed to support accurate campaigns and reporting \n
- Proactively manage projects interacting with vendors within cross functional teams \n
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital and direct mail/email marketing, and propose innovative strategies to enhance audience targeting and engagement \n
Job Requirements:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, MS or MBA preferred \n
- 5+ years of experience in audience creation and segmentation \n
- Deep understanding of direct marketing channels, comprising both direct mail and digital and including email, social media, display advertising, addressable and streaming TV and radio, and emerging media \n
- Highly analytical and results-oriented, with a strong focus on campaign optimization and performance metrics \n
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders \n
- Knowledge of SQL is helpful \n

- Salary range $130,000-$150,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations. \n
