Viking is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Paralegal or experienced Legal Assistant to join our expanding Legal Department. This role will provide direct support to the Director of Business Administration and will be trained to manage key operational workstreams, including contract lifecycle management and liquor licensing.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple legal requests and shifting priorities. This role also includes providing administrative support to the General Counsel and the broader legal team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

    \n
  • Assist with contract lifecycle management, including tracking, reviewing, and organizing agreements.
  • \n
  • Support liquor licensing processes and compliance efforts.
  • \n
  • Respond to ad hoc legal requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and legal team.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across various legal workstreams.
  • \n

Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to follow direction and adapt to the needs of different stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently from initiation to completion.
  • \n
  • A customer service-oriented mindset and professional communication style.
  • \n
  • Prior experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role preferred.

  • Salary range $90,000-$120,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
