  • \n
  • Uplevel execution standards. Establish lightweight PMO guardrails, templates, and tooling (Jira/MS Project/Confluence/SharePoint) to ensure repeatable, high\u2011quality delivery.
  • \n
  • Manage budgets with intent. Track actuals vs. forecast, validate SOWs, and ensure resources are deployed where they create the most value.
  • \n
  • Lead change management. Plan comms, training, and adoption for new data capabilities, journeys, and reporting—minimizing disruption to BAU.
  • \n
  • Report what matters. Produce executive\u2011ready updates on status, outcomes, risks, and next decisions—clear, concise, and actionable.
  • \n
\n

Job Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • Experience: 10+ years in technical project/program management across MarTech, data engineering, data readiness, and customer experience initiatives.
  • \n

  • \n
  • Leadership & influence: Proven ability to align diverse teams and vendors, drive decisions, and keep complex programs moving.
  • \n
  • Communication: Executive presence with excellent written and verbal skills; able to distill complexity into crisp updates.
