Exciting Seasonal Opportunities for Qualified Children’s Reps – Join Our Youth Teams Onboard!
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for children? We’re looking for enthusiastic and qualified Children’s Reps to join our Youth teams onboard in a seasonal capacity. This means we ask you to commit to a minimum of four weeks per year, typically during busy school holiday periods. As a seasonal crew member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Youth team to deliver exceptional care, entertainment, and magical memories for our youngest guests.

As part of the Reef Rangers team, you’ll join a fun and enthusiastic group who provide children onboard with unforgettable holidays and memories that last a lifetime. You’ll lead and participate in activities, encouraging children of all ages – and their families – to get involved and, most importantly, have fun!

To join our fantastic Youth team, you’ll need:
At least 12 months’ post qualifying experience in a childcare or educational setting
A Level 3 Childcare Diploma or above, or a teaching degree and/or PGCE
Current employment in a childcare or educational role
Flexibility to work a minimum of four weeks over a 12-month period during peak times
Adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly
