Are you ready to lead inventory operations across one of the world’s most iconic cruise brands? Cunard is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Manager Inventory & Control to oversee and elevate inventory standards across our fleet. This is a pivotal role that blends operational excellence, leadership, and strategic insight to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and coach onboard Inventory Managers to ensure consistent delivery of Cunard standards
• Conduct ship visits and remote audits to drive operational improvements
• Champion inventory systems (MXP), predictive forecasting, and SKU management
• Collaborate with shipboard and shoreside teams to meet KPIs and compliance standards
• Drive cost control, stock accuracy, and reduce over-ordering and dead stock
• Support talent development, succession planning, and team engagement
• Ensure compliance with HESS, Public Health, and financial reporting standards

Who we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in cruise ship inventory management or multi-unit hospitality operations
• Strong knowledge of shipboard inventory systems (MXP), cost control, and compliance
• Proven leadership in team performance and operational excellence
• Advanced Excel skills (Data Analysis & Reporting, Formula Mastery, Automation & Efficiency, Scenario Modelling, Error Handling & Auditing)
• Knowledge of USPH, HACCP, and sanitation practices
