Your life on board

As a Land Experience Seller, you’ll promote and sell packages tailored to guests’ interests, nurture guest relationships to drive business, support operations at MyTours desks, and ensure smooth logistics and satisfaction throughout their journey.

Demonstrate your passion

  • You inspire guests by recommending excursions that match their interests and create lasting memories.
  • You drive results by aligning sales strategies with business goals and adapting your pitch to every guest.
  • You collaborate with teams to boost revenue and promote new excursion opportunities.
  • You turn data into action, analyzing performance to improve and grow.
  • You ensure top-quality experience by supporting dispatch and being present during excursions.
  • You break language barriers and deliver exceptional service, including special or VIP situations.

  • You keep operations running smoothly with accurate and efficient back-office management.
  • You uphold safety and service standards by monitoring excursions with attention to detail.
  • You resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities.

  • You make logistics seamless, reducing wait times and enhancing the guest experience.
  • You’re ready to step in when needed, ensuring safety and care throughout every excursion.

What makes you unique

  • You’re a confident seller with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • You adapt easily and communicate clearly in multiple languages.
  • You hold a High School Diploma or a degree in Tourism or Languages.
  • You’re fluent in English (B2) and in two other languages among German, French, or Spanish (B2–C1); knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • You have experience in direct sales, are comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • Experience onboard or with tour operators is an advantage.
