ROLE DESCRIPTION\u00A0

As a Storekeeper, you will support the Warehouse Manager in managing daily warehouse operations and ensure timely deliveries to our fleet in close collaboration with the Maintenance Department and onboard teams. The role is based in Vienna.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Warehouse Management in coordinating warehouse activities
  • Receive and process goods in the ERP-system Dynamics 365
  • Inspect deliveries for accuracy, quality and damage
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Store and retrieval of goods on schedule
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery
  • Create delivery notes and coordinate timely shipments
  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards
  • Handle direct ship delivery

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Apprenticeship in warehouse logistics or similar
  • Professional experience
  • Basic ERP knowledge (preferably Dynamics 365)
  • Class B driving license and forklift license
  • Ability and willing to handle physical tasks (lifting, standing)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Structured, flexible, and team-oriented approach
  • Good communication skills
  • German required, English is a plus
