We’re seeking for a German speaking Cashier operator to join our dynamic Administrative Department onboard Costa vessels.
What makes you unique
- Secondary school degree
- Accounting and MS Office (Excel)
- Problem-solving attitude
- Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
- English and German knowledge at least at B2 level
- Italian Knowledge (preferable)

You will be responsible for all onboard cash payment operations, ensuring compliance with Company procedures and delivering an impeccable guest experience
Payments and cash management:
- You will oversee the collection of cash deposits and onboard payments, ensuring accurate handover to the Administrative Department so that Guest accounts can be activated promptly.
- You will manage and verify all payments throughout the cruise, contributing to a smooth and efficient disembarkation process for every Guest.
- You will organize and sort Guest purchase checks, ensuring they are prepared and ready for verification.
Management of Guest requests:
- You will prepare onboard payment cards and related materials, organizing them meticulously to ensure timely distribution by the assigned department.
- You will handle and resolve issues related to payments and cash collection, taking action directly when operational support is required.
- You will oversee the closure of Guest accounts, including main courante operations and bill printing, providing clear and timely assistance to Guests
Safety Culture & Awareness
- You will contribute to organizing onboard activities and promoting high health standards, supporting the ship’s commitment to a safe and well‑managed environment.
