Get things right
- You will oversee all store operational standards, ensuring administrative duties are met and shops open and close punctually.
- You will collaborate with the Shop Manager to develop sales strategies and lead the team to hit financial commitments.
- You will ensure the sales team is highly skilled in product knowledge and sales behaviours through continuous coaching and feedback.
- You will utilize guest satisfaction surveys and data analysis to increase results and optimize performance.
- You will manage guest demographics and VIP events to maximize revenue and enhance the shopping experience.
Safety First
- You’ll be proactive in promoting and keeping our safety guidelines and code of conduct.
- You’ll help create a welcoming and secure environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected.
What makes you unique
- You have at least a secondary school diploma or higher. Studies in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- You have a B2 spoken level of English, the knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- You have good communication skills, you are a curious, organized and determined person with experience in people management.
- You have 1-2 years of management experience in retail, in fast paced environment; luxury guest experience is a plus.
