Job Summary:
\nWe are seeking a dynamic and organized Consumer Webinar Streaming Coordinator & Video Editor to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for producing compelling video content and managing seamless live webinar experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and editing live webinars, as well as creating polished and brand-appropriate video assets to support our marketing, sales and training initiatives.
\nThis is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.
\nJob Responsibilities:

- Own Live Webinar Streaming Operations:\n
- \n
- Operate, monitor and manage live webinar broadcasts, demonstrating good judgement and quick thinking to provide real time support for webinar hosts. \n
- Operate XSplit Broadcaster (or other streaming software such as OBS Studio) \n
- Ensure all technical and logistical details are executed flawlessly with live presenters located globally. \n
- Organize pre-event activities such as managing and creating webinar templates that align with brand guidelines; and preparing the live event in XSplit in advance based on webinar parameters. \n
- Conduct pre-event testing and troubleshooting for all webinar presenters. \n
- Fully align content and run of show with Manager, Webinar Operations and team. \n
- Collaborate with team to provide recommendations to increase audience engagement and deliver impactful content. \n
- Perform post-webinar analysis to improve future webinar performance. \n
\n - Post-production - Manage and Edit Webinar Content:\n
- \n
- Own webinar post-production process to leverage content for future use \n
- Create b-roll as needed to support webinar engagement. \n
- Maintain video asset library and audit library content to ensure it is up to date and consistent with brand standards for continued use. \n
- Address stakeholder feedback and collaborate cross-functionally with other creatives and departments. \n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate feedback to finalize content. \n
\n - Collaborate with Marketing video production, creative, and product teams to ensure best leverage company assets for webinars.\n
- \n
- Familiarize with all brand content to provide recommendations on best items to improve viewer engagement. \n
- Develop new video content formats for testing. \n
- Evolve a working knowledge of Viking’s brand, products, presenters and video content and b-roll. \n
\n - Demonstrate excellent work ethic and judgement to support live consumer webinar operations. \n
- Work with Training to develop and test new training content using storytelling to increase engagement, retention and sales/servicing effectiveness. Innovate and test new methods such as personalization to individual learning needs, microlearning, quick reference highlight reels, gamification, customer scenario simulations. \n
- Assist leadership on ad-hoc special projects as needed. \n
Job Requirements:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production or Broadcast TV; additional studies in Communications and Marketing advantageous \n
- 3+ years of video production and editing experience, preferably for a large brand, with a consumer-centric mindset, and keen eye for visual storytelling with brand consistency. \n
- Demonstrate excellence under pressure, ability to compose yourself calmly in stressful situations, and think clearly quickly to solve problems given context. \n
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop \n
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. \n
- Attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Proven experience coordinating live webinars or virtual events. \n
- Strong understanding of webinar streaming platforms and best practices for virtual event production. \n
- Experience in a consumer sales or marketing role with a large brand \n
· Experience in sales training content creation

- Salary range $75,000 - $85,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations. \n
