We are seeking energetic and skilled individuals with a strong background in sports and recreational activities to join our cruise team. This role focuses on facilitating and coordinating a variety of onboard sports and recreation programs, including FlowRider® surfing, basketball, ping‑pong, and other interactive activities designed to create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage onboard sports and recreational activities
- Engage guests of all ages in a fun, safe, and energetic manner
- Support daily programming and special events related to sports and recreation
- Ensure proper use and care of sports equipment
Qualifications
- Background in sports or recreational instruction (minimum of 1 year); team sports coaching experience is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of team sports such as basketball, volleyball, golf, pickleball, and similar activities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CPR or lifesaving certification is preferred
