JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Product leads a portfolio of enterprise platforms and products, defining and executing product strategies that align with corporate objectives and operational priorities. This role is accountable for short- to mid-term (1–3 year) product planning, governance, value realization, and team performance across assigned domains. The Senior Manager ensures product roadmaps deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining compliance, scalability, and operational excellence. Through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, this role drives innovation and continuous improvement aligned with NCLH’s value anchors of Innovation, Collaboration, Transparency, and Passion.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute portfolio-level product strategies aligned with enterprise and departmental objectives.
  • Lead and develop Product Managers, Product Leads, and/or product analysts to ensure effective roadmap execution and delivery performance.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and product management practices across assigned portfolio.
  • Oversee prioritization of initiatives across multiple products, balancing business value, risk, and resource capacity.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to align product direction with operational and strategic goals.
  • Ensure consistent measurement of KPIs to track adoption, performance, user satisfaction, and return on investment.
  • Oversee integrations, data governance, security controls, and lifecycle management across platforms.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and strategic planning engagements to ensure long-term product sustainability.
  • Identify and mitigate enterprise risks impacting product performance, compliance, or operational continuity.
  • Drive modernization initiatives, process optimization, and automation opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Contribute to budget planning, financial forecasting, and resource allocation for assigned product areas.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE:

Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:

Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or Related Field

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, enterprise systems ownership, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of people management experience, including management of Product Managers or senior product professionals preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing short- to mid-term (1–3 year) product strategies.
  • Experience overseeing governance frameworks and enterprise platform implementations across multiple business areas.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and influencing cross-functional executive stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading enterprise-scale product transformations.
  • Experience managing product portfolios supporting operationally critical systems in hospitality, maritime, logistics, or supply chain environments.
  • Exposure to financial planning and budget accountability for product portfolios.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • Demonstrated ability to lead leaders and build high-performing product organizations.
  • Stong portfolio and roadmap management expertise.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate enterprise vision into actionable product initiatives.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Financial and operational acumen related to budgeting and capacity planning.
  • Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple product domains.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES

  • Relevant product management, Agile, or platform certifications preferred but not required.
