Cruise Director – 5* Cruise Line

You, as the BRILLIANT Cruise Director onboard, are responsible for the overall leadership, planning, and execution of all onboard entertainment, activities and enrichment. This role ensures the delivery of a high-quality, personalized guest experience while maintaining full compliance with company policies, operational standards, and maritime regulations. The Cruise Director acts as the primary ambassador of the entertainment experience and plays a key role in achieving exceptional guest satisfaction.

What are the requirements?

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in the entertainment industry within an international 5-star establishment.
• Valid STCW certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Physically and medically fit.
• Moral integrity is required.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
• Proactive problem-solving with sound decision-making under pressure
• High level of emotional intelligence and guest focus
• Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

You must be able to provide recent appraisals and your passport must be valid for at least one year.
