We’re Hiring: Youth Coordinator | Create Meaningful Experiences for Young Guests at Sea

We are seeking an energetic and creative Youth Coordinator to deliver engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for children and teens onboard while contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction.

Responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized entertainment programs for youth, ensuring safety, engagement, and adherence to company standards at all times.

Role Overview

• Plan, organize, and lead fun, educational, and interactive activities for children and teens, including games, parties, and themed events across the vessel.Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, maintaining constant supervision and demonstrating genuine care for young guests’ well-being.
• Engage with families and guests, host activities and social events, and support overall entertainment operations onboard.
• Respond proactively to guest needs and feedback, assist with embarkation/disembarkation duties, and contribute to a positive onboard atmosphere.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a 5-star or international hospitality/entertainment environment
• Early Childhood Education Diploma, CPR & First Aid Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Recreation preferred
• Valid STCW certification

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
